Fruit Machine : Analyse images, lyrics and Making 3D Collage

I analyzed my subject and investigated who the author is and what meaning and purpose it contains. In addition, I created keywords with a mind map for each topic.

My image is the work of a Chinese photographer "Ren Hang". All of this photographer's works are images of nudity, and most of the background is nature, which means human returning to the natural state.

There are many sentences “Shhhh…Shhhh… / It’s oh so quiet.” in my song lyrics. And just looking at the lyrics, it feels really quiet and calm, but when I watch the music video while listening to the song, it's really loud and full of energy.

As above, I researched images related to keywords that observed and analyzed my topic, and printed at least 20 images relate to my themes in A4 size to make it a 3D collage. ->

The method of making 3D collages used what was learned in Part 1's Your surrounding Project. The edges of each image were connected to each other, and as much as possible, I tried to make no empty space between each images.

Reflective Questions

1. How has stitching collage made you think about your research what you like/ dislike and why?

I didn't use the stitching at my 3D collage because I don't know, but using the tape was easy to make the 3D collage. However, if I make more 3D collage, I will create the stitching 3D collage.

2. What did you learn or discover today?

I learned about kind of making the 3D collage and I discovered it difficult for me to deal with naked images on today. However, I am trying to overcome this difficulty by simply looking at it in one shapes, colours, and details.

3. What was unsuccessful and how can you improve this?

Making the 3D collage was unsuccessful, but I will improve it that make more 3D collage to use various images. Also, I will experiment more 3D collage on body.

4. was successful and why?

I think extract the keyword was successful because I extracted keywords with curiosity after seeing everything really detailed while looking at my images and lyrics/song.

Confirm copying
