It was inspired by the gold mining department, the history of denim. When miners break gold, they put it in their pockets and work.

I created a story in this project that "As the miner digs stones or minerals, dust, stone pieces, or mineral pieces stick to the miner's work clothes, and these work clothes become seriously dirty and need to be washed. In this era, there was a washing machine called 'Mangle', in which laundry was inserted between the two rollers in the mechanism to squeeze water and wash away dust. Later, by using 'Mangle', the laundry was wrinkled, and pieces of stone and minerals attached to the clothes were printed on the work-suit, and water similar to rusty (which occurs when iron corrodes) comes out of the dirty work-suit."

The silhouette of the clothing's design was inspired by the picture of hanging laundry (jeans). So the shape of the top looks like the pants are hung upside down. The top of clothes has wrinkles overall, the shape of the stone is printed, and rusty water flows from the top.

The left sleeve was used cut the jeans in half and used only one part. Wrinkles were made in jeans to adjust the length of the arms, and many stones or minerals were put in the back pocket (the act of miners working while putting minerals in the pocket) so the denim ripped and popped out, and I painted rusty(=corrosion) colour on it like flowing.

The right sleeve was inspired by the shape of a gold mineral. A number of different textile fabrics were used for sleeves, which were produced using 'Mangle'.

trousers were made by dyeing the existing denim fabric in rusty colour, and a mineral-like piece was attached onto it. These pieces were made by crumpling the tin foil, and this material was used because the rough surface of the mineral could be well expressed when the tin foil was crumpled.
